Chloé Compton

Alliance Coordinator

As Alliance Coordinator, Chloé supports collaboration and engagement across the Alliance’s global network of seafood sustainability leaders. She helps coordinate member programs, events, communications, and organizational operations that foster shared learning and collective action. Before joining CASS, Chloé worked in international fisheries conservation, where she supported science-based fisheries management through stakeholder engagement, communications, and policy advocacy initiatives. She holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation from Scripps Institution of Oceanography and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Saint Louis University.

Meaghan Hudgins

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As Executive Director, Meaghan leads the collective charge to identify and capitalize on the organization’s key strategic and organizational opportunities. Using a people-first approach, Meaghan leverages her expertise and tenure to facilitate collaborations and support the incubation of ideas and strategies across organizations. She brings two decades of relevant experience from both the non-profit and corporate sectors working across diverse stakeholders and initiatives. Meaghan holds a degree in Journalism from Indiana University.

Laura Miller

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR

As Community Engagement Director, Laura champions connectivity and communication within the Alliance membership, helping folks to realize shared goals. Her experience learning from fishing communities in Africa, Asia, and Latin America sparked her interest in becoming a part of the global movement seeking to transform the seafood sector. Before joining the Alliance, she worked on development at WWF-Canada and supported Fair Trade USA in piloting the world’s first Fair Trade Certified seafood. She holds a Master’s in Marine Management from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from York University.
