Kaleb Eldridge

As a Senior Standards Manager at Fair Trade USA, Kaleb Eldridge collaborates with his colleagues to develop, revise, and implement the standards behind the Fair Trade Certified ® programs serving farms, fisheries, and factories around the world and is currently engaged in analyzing consultation feedback on the major revision of Fair Trade USA’s Agricultural Production Standard (APS 2.0), which includes aquaculture production within its scope.

Prior to his current role with Fair Trade USA, Kaleb lived and worked in Central America for more than a decade, supporting sustainable community development initiatives in rural Honduras. He also worked previously as technical writer at YSI, Inc, where he documented the development and use of water-quality instruments for use in aquaculture and in-situ environmental monitoring. Kaleb holds a Master of International Development degree from the University of Pittsburgh and now lives in Pittsburgh, PA, USA with his wife and daughters.
