Rene Benguerel

René Benguerel holds a degree in aquatic ecology and fisheries biology. Before founding Blueyou in 2004, he worked in the Swiss retail sector, where he was procurement manager for sustainable seafood. Blueyou is partnering with fisheries and aquaculture producers to lead efforts in improving the sustainability and economic viability of seafood operations, with a focus on small-scale producers and Fair Trade models.

Salah satu kompetensi inti Blueyou adalah pengembangan sistem budidaya udang regeneratif berbasis alam yang menggabungkan restorasi hutan bakau dengan budidaya makanan laut organik yang cerdas iklim. Blueyou juga bertindak sebagai pengembang proyek sistem pangan biru untuk investor dampak, LSM konservasi, dana karbon biru, dan organisasi pemerintah.
