Helen Ripmeester

Helen Ripmeester is Associate Director, Inclusive Value Chains, Oxfam America, where she leads the work on inclusive value chains in the food sector. Together with her team, she is engaging retailers, big brands in food, agribusinesses, and key suppliers in sourcing countries on their policies and practices regarding equal human rights and climate & environmental justice.

Helen has experience in both the corporate sector and the not-for-profit sector, she has served amongst others as procurement leader for multinational retailers and as international director Market Transformation for WWF. In her work, she aims to combine and bring awareness about the role of supplier management and procurement in respecting and promoting equal rights and nature conservation.
