Alyssa is a Senior Project Manager whose work spans across FishWise’s governance reform pathway and business partnerships, providing guidance on seafood policy advocacy and expertise on traceability, transparency, and counter-IUU fishing in seafood supply chains. Bringing firsthand experience in vessel risk analysis and supply chain transparency, she helps bridge industry and regulatory perspectives to drive effective governance reform. Alyssa leads research and strategy to support industry voices in seafood sustainability, including the development of advocacy toolkits and engagement on key policy issues.

She is passionate about leveraging traceability to create data-driven solutions that enhance both business resilience and ocean health.
