Lindsay Ceron is a Program Director with FishWise’s Traceability, Transparency, and Counter-IUU Fishing team, where she leads the organization’s governance reform and policy advocacy efforts.

With over a decade of experience working at the intersection of government, industry, and civil society, she specializes in connecting diverse stakeholders—retailers, policymakers, NGOs, and international partners—to find common ground and co-develop effective, forward-looking policies and solutions to complex sustainability challenges. Wearing multiple hats over her tenure at FishWise, she has provided expert consultation to some of North America’s largest seafood companies to support their responsible sourcing programs, helped shape global traceability standards, and influenced U.S. and international policy processes.

Lindsay is dedicated to advancing fully traceable and transparent supply chains. She believes in the power of inclusive, solution-oriented dialogue to develop practical yet forward-thinking approaches that balance sustainability, accountability, and business realities. She sits on the GDST Partner Council, the U.S. IUU Fishing-Labor Rights Coalition, and the IUU-Action Alliance.
