Margarita Novelo

Margarita Novelo is a mother and third-generation fisherwoman. Having earned a degree in business administration, she now serves as the manager of the Cayo Arenas fishing cooperative. Additionally, she fulfills the role of a fisheries monitor with PescaData, overseeing all FIP-related matters within the cooperative’s operations.
