Constanza Vergara

Ph.D. Candidate in Veterinary Sciences, Veterinary with 15 years of experience in Microbiology. Currently, Food Trade expert in the Regulatory Affairs Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chile. Former adviser at the Chilean Food Safety and Quality Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture, where she coordinated and executed several multilateral projects related to Antimicrobial Resistance, Food Fraud, and National Food Safety Systems, among others. She has represented Chile at International Food Safety Forums and worked with the academia on research projects.
