Ethical Tuna Collaboration: June 15-July 31 Stakeholder Feedback Period

This summer, the Ethical Tuna Collaboration (ETC) is hosting the first of two formal public feedback periods. The goal of these feedback periods is to receive broad stakeholder input on ETC’s proposed design, to inform revisions where needed and the working group’s decision making.

This feedback period focuses on the following elements of ETC’s design:

  • Responsibilities for buyers at all levels of the supply chain and vessel owners that participate in ETC; and
  • Data that participating buyers and vessel owners would report to ETC.

The second feedback period will launch in October and focus on improvement and capacity building, governance and financial models, and transparency.

Read on for the documents available for review and opportunities to provide feedback.

Share Your Feedback via the Survey

Once you have reviewed the design proposals, please provide your feedback via the survey linked below. The survey will remain open through Friday, July 31.

If possible, we ask that you submit only one response per organization. You may download a copy of the questions in Inglés / Bahasa / Mandarin / japonés / Korean / Español / Tagalog to assist with coordinating responses. Please respond to the survey in English.

The project team will share a summary of feedback themes and how feedback was incorporated into the program design in October.
